1) Phase 1
Phase one was completed on the 28th August, when we changed most of our old systems and did a major renewal of servers and hardware. Viocom moved into new datacenters to increase bandwidth and to provide better audio quality to all of our customers.
2) Phase 2
Replace old site with new design. We have pre-released this new version of viocom to trail it with existing customers to gain vital feedback.
3) Phase 3
Total completion is expected on the 1st December with full support and Faqs being available online.
4) Phase 4
We are looking to put an IVR system in place to provide support effeciently. Viocom support is available from 7pm - 2pm via the telephone and support tickets are dealt with promptly.
We are one of the only VOIP providers to offers IAX trunks but with unlimited numbers dependant on IP addresses you have.
We allow you to have multiple extensions per trunk apart from IAX trunks which do not require multiple extensions.
